  • Do not store or place in excessive heated areas, and do not place heavy objects on the wheels for extended periods of time.

Installation

  • Proper installation of your wheels to your bike is critical. We recommend you contact your professional dealer for proper assembly and installation.
  • Mounting the tire - Important to use plastic or composite tire irons only. Use Schrader valve only inner tubes.
  • Seating the tire - Important to ensure the tire bead is properly seated to the wheel rim bead. Proper installation of the tire requires partial inflation first to ensure the tire hooked bead is seated to the rim hooked bead. Once tire is seated proceed to complete inflation and check that the tire bead is seated properly to the wheel rim bead.
  • Warning: Do not over inflate tires - Maximum recommended tire air pressure is 50 PSI. Increasing air pressure above 50 PSI is not recommended as it will damage the rim.

Proper Maintenance and Service

The best maintenance of a wheel is preventative maintenance. Be aware of things that can go wrong, so you can stop trouble before it happens. Before riding your bike make sure your tires are inflated to the pressure indicated. Inspect your tires for wear and any other damage. Check your hub bearings by spinning the wheel and listen for any grinding or unusual noises. Make sure the brake rotor attachment bolts are tight and that the brakes are working properly. Ensure your wheel bolts or QR skewers are secure and set in the right position.
