We understand that aggressive riding may result in accidental damage. For this reason we offer a specially priced Crash / Wheel Exchange Program for your composite wheel as follows:
- This program covers up to two (2) occurrences following the initial purchase date of your product.
- A new composite wheel utilizing existing hub components will be replaced for MSRP $200.00 US. (See Conditions)
Conditions
- This is not a Prepaid Insurance Policy.
- This program only applies to the composite wheel and excludes the hub components.
- This program is for the original purchaser, is not transferable and requires proof of purchase.
- This program does not apply to normal wear and wearing of parts.
- Your wheel or wheels must be registered directly with TAG Wheels within 45 days after your original purchase to apply for this program. Contact TAG Wheels or register your wheels on line through our "Register Your Wheels" section on our website.
- Inbound/Outbound shipping and any repackaging is not included in the price.
- This program is subject to change at the discretion of TAG Wheels
Crash / Wheel Exchange Procedure
You have 2 choices to replace your composite wheel.
- Go to any local Dealer (Does not have to be authorized TAG Wheel Dealer) and have the Dealer complete this service at their discretion. An additional charge, established by the dealer, will apply for hub disassembly and assembly, parts, repair, packaging and shipping. These charges will be borne by the customer.
- Ship the complete wheel (including all hub components) back to TAG Wheels. If we establish additional service or repair is required to the Hub components, we will provide a quotation for this service.
TAG Wheels reserves the sole right to make Crash / Wheel Replacement Policy determinations. Under any circumstance, if we replace the product (be it warranty or crash / wheel replacement) the damaged parts will not be returned.
