Pricing, Taxes, Duties: Prices are in U.S currency. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes and any applicable duties.
Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP): We expect our approved authorized dealers to merchandize or retail our TAG Wheels products at MSRP pricing that is consistent to the MSRP established on our website at www.tagwheels.com.
Freight: All freight, handling, customs, duties and any other costs associated to inbound or outbound shipping charges will be paid in full by the dealer or customer. For approved returned goods all freight, handling, customs, duties and any other costs associated to returning goods to TAG Wheels are to be paid in full by the dealer or customer.
Back Orders: Unless the customer specifies otherwise, all back-orders are shipped as products become available. Items unavailable at the time of order will automatically be back-ordered. Back-orders shipped afterwards may be subject to price changes.
Shortages and Damages: All shipments are carefully inspected and counted before leaving our warehouse. Please inspect on receipt of order for any discrepancies, loss or damage. Buyer must notify TAG Wheels within 10 days from the date of receipt with a legible copy of carrier's freight bill noting all discrepancies to receive a credit.
Cancellations and Order Changes: If the cancellations of items lower the level of the dealer's commitment to a different discount category, prices on any remaining orders or back orders will be raised to reflect the new discount category. In addition, TAG Wheels will bill back the dealer for the difference between discount categories prices on items already received.
Return Policy: Used products are not applicable to this Return Policy. Before returning any merchandise, a return authorization number RA# must be issued by TAG Wheels. This number should be clearly marked on the package and on any related correspondence. Restocking charges of 20% will automatically be applied to your credit card for all products returned with the exception of those orders being returned for warranty reasons. All cancelled orders within 10 days from the actual shipping date will be subject to handling and 20% restocking charges. Credit will be issued at the invoiced price at the time of purchase.
Liability: All merchandise contained in our catalogues is sold under the condition that we cannot guarantee the user freedom from injury. The user assumes all risks entailed in action and no company representative can waive or change this condition. We are not responsible for consequential damages associated with the use of any TAG Wheels products by the dealer or customer.
Website/Internet: Credit card transactions and credit card numbers submitted by our online store customers are transmitted using secure technology. We use additional physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to make every reasonable effort of ensuring that your personal information is protected.
Approved Authorized Dealers: We reserve the sole right to approve authorized dealers to retail and merchandise our product. This is an open ended program that can be terminated by TAG Wheels at any time. This Dealer Program does not include regional exclusivity. If TAG Wheels has a dispute with an approved authorized dealer, we reserve the right to terminate the approved authorization status with that dealer by giving 30 days notice in writing. If this occurs TAG Wheels will buy back all unused TAG Wheels products in its original packaging and reimburse the dealer at the pricing paid.
